J035
ABP Cut glass bowl Beautiful American Brilliant Period cut glass bowl (with heavy blank) made by Libbey glass in their "Verna" pattern. This piece is pictured on page 266 in the classic book on Libbey Glass by Fauster. In that book they have reprinted a catalogue from 1905, in which this bowl (#211) was depicted. The bowl is extremely attractive, well cut and the acid etched signature is quite visible. It has a few very very minor blemishes that are hard to see; they can be felt on the tops of a few scallops, but are not visible when viewing from the side. They can barely be seen when looking from above and are mentioned only to be precise. Some may have been done when the bowl was cut; I really can not tell. I would probably not have them polished off, but that could be done easily. The bowl does not have scratches and is really in very good condition. Diameter: 9inches; Height: 4 inches. Note: the first picture below the description is of the inside of the center of the bowl.

Z304
Cut Glass Punch bowl and stand An extremely attractive cut glass punch bowl with matching cut glass stand. Both the bowl and stand are intricately cut and also have a cut floral design. The rim of the bowl has a distinct border with stars and nailpoint. The bowl has a heavy blank, a sawtooth edge (in very good condition) and a diameter of 9 inches. The height of the bowl and stand together is 9¾ inches. The stem of the bowl that inserts into the base has a very small nick, which is not visible when the bowl is resting on this base. This bowl and stand is an unusual size and could be used as either an attractive centerpiece or a small punch bowl. Note that the last picture is a view looking into the bowl from above.

Cut Glass nappy, signed American Brilliant Period cut glasss nappy that is 6" in diameter (without the handle) with the signature "Clark" acid etched on the inside of the bowl. Along the handle are three sets of paired facets. Would make a lovely candy dish! Just noticed that several teeth have very tiny nicks on them, which could be polished. I had not noticed them when the piece was purchased. The price has been lowered accordingly.

KR071
Heisey etched glass divided serving platter in silver tray Heisey etched glass divided serving tray in an ornate silver holder. Hard to find piece! The glass itself is etched with a floral decoration and has vertical stripes on its sides. An unusual piece of Heisey glass that is in good condition with no large chips, cracks or any scratches. It does, however, have a couple of miniscule chips on its edge, where it makes contact with the tray, but these are not objectionable and are very hard to see. Has a Heisey mark (H in a diamond) in the middle of the center well.
The silver tray has small round feet, 2 handles and a raised and very ornate decoration of windmills, ships and people (see photo). Tray is marked on its underside (W.M.MTS., Holland Sil. Plate on Copper Ware). Has minor silver loss on the part of the tray that is underneath the glass and thus, is not visible. A lovely serving piece! Diameter of glass platter is 10½"; tray is 12¾" (without handles).
